GREG BEECH |

Greg is a CA(SA) and has worked in the
investment banking industry since 1993 specialising in corporate
finance & private equity. He started his banking career at
Standard Bank in corporate finance & LBO’s and then spent 5 years
at Real Africa Durolink. Greg founded Insight Advisors in 2002.
Greg’s strengths are his unwavering honesty, his attention to
detail and forming his own conclusions and developing workable
solutions to problems or issues. He has remained involved in
academia since a brief lecturing career at Rhodes University & the
University of Witwatersrand. Greg is a member of the Examinations
Committee of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants
and chairs the Financial Management sub-committee. |

MICHELLE FERGUSON |

Michelle Ferguson has a B.SC Physiotherapy and MBA both from the University of Cape Town. She started her corporate career in 2002 and has subsequently gained experience in various aspects of business predominantly in the Healthcare sector. She was one of 4 SA consultants involved in the Netcare: General Hospital Group acquisition in 2006. Michelle joined Insight Advisors in September 2008. Her strengths lie in attention to detail, marketing, lateral thinking and inter-personal skills.
